We bought this to combine certain project tasks with the schedules of our maintenance engineers. We now have a better overview which moments are overlapping the schedules of other events. The joining of multiple events in 1 event calendar is super easy, it should be a standard option in ODOO.

Flexible rules to merge Odoo documents
To add a new document type for a shared interface you should set up a joint calendar rule. This rule defines which Odoo objects should create events, which fields of that object should be shown, and whether any filtering should take place

Model - which objects to scan: opportunities, tasks, orders, meetings, activities, and so on. You can choose your custom document type (including created in Odoo Studio) as well

Name - what to use as a joint event name (also used as calendar event title). Usually, it is 'name', 'subject' or 'reference'

Start date - when an event starts. For example, 'expecting closing' for opportunities or 'order date' for quotations. It may be any date or date with time field of a source Odoo object

Stop date - when an event is shown as finished on a calendar

Attendees - who are participants (responsible persons, event owners). Usually, it is a field 'assigned to', 'a sales person' or 'attendees'. You may use even document 'followers' since it's possible to apply both users and partners

Description - are there any notes important for joint events? Usually, the fields like 'internal notes' or 'comments' are used

Always Whole Day - means that all generated events would last the whole day disregarding whether start or stop are defined with hours and minutes. Such an event would be shown at a special place on a calendar (above the timeline)

Whole Day - a special boolean field of the source object which indicates that a related joint event may last the whole day. This setting is usually applied to standard Odoo calendar events which both might have a definite time indicated or might be planned for a whole day

Contact Link - is this event linked to a specific partner? Usually, the fields like 'customer' or 'vendor' are used

Company field - optionally define the parent document field where its company is kept. In this way, joint events would get the source company that might be used for filtering or just for information

Domain - the Odoo filters' constructor to include only topical documents into a joint calendar. You might apply any storable attribute. For example, show only quotations without sales orders, or show opportunities only for this sales team.
Multi companies compatibility

The app fully supports the multi-companies environment: each joint calendar might be linked to a specific Odoo company. If a company is not defined, it is considered as 'global', so available for all Odoo companies

Users access only those joint menus, which super calendars do not have a company or have one of those users available companies

Each joint rule might have the "Company field" defined. If that setting is configured, records will be filtered in a joint calendar company. For example, if you stated 'Company' as the 'Company field' for the tasks' rule, and the joint calendar is linked to 'San Fransisco' company, then users will see only San Fransisco or global tasks only

Joint events would also get the company based on the 'Company field' of the parent document. You can comfortably switch between objects of different companies using the right navigation filters

In addition to the 'Company field', you may also restrict records in a rule domain. For instance, to include records of a few companies but not to include others.

Joint calendar scheduled jobs
The tool lets you change the frequency of joint calendar refreshing and emails reminders' checks:
- Turn on the debug mode
- Go to technical settings > Automation > Scheduled jobs
- Find the job 'Refresh Joint Events' to change the frequency of super calendars' update
- Find the job 'Notify About Joint Event' to change the frequency of email alarms.

Co se stane, když je "Always Whole Day" zapnuto/vypnuto?
Je-li "Always Whole Day" zapnuto, všechny události pravidla trvají celý den, i když začátek a konec mají hodiny. Událost je na speciálním místě kalendáře.
Příklad: pravidlo pro "Sale Order" s "Always Whole Day" umístí událost nad časovou osu v denním a tydnim superkalendari.
Vypněte-li volbu a začátek nebo konec mají hodiny/minuty, událost bude v konkrétním čase a cas bude před názvem.
Nevidim nabídku kalendáře v Odoo. Co dělat?
Ověřte:
1. Existuje alespoň jeden nastaveny a obnovený společný kalendář. Po nastavení obnovte stránku.
2. Máte přístup alespoň k jednomu kalendáři.
Vytvoril jsem kalendáře s pravidly, ale v nabídce je nevidim.
Duvodu může byt vic. Související cron ještě nemusel probehnout: spuste ho ručně tlačítkem obnovení v pravem sloupci rozhraní.
Zkontrolujte Time Limits: jinak jsou vidět jen události v intervalu. Příklad: kalendář 'Sale Orders' 10 dni před a 30 po neukáže objednávku z před 12 dny.
Ujistěte se, ze pravidla nemají filtry bez shody. Příklad: pravidlo 'Sale Order' s 'Customer = Deco Addict' ukáže jen objednávky tohoto zákazníka.
Kolik dokumentu Odoo (např. prodejní objednávky, projekty, aktivity) mohu sloučit do jednoho společného kalendáře?
Do jednoho kalendáře můžete sloučit libovolné mnoho dokumentu Odoo. Nebo je rozdelit mezi několik (např. prodejní kalendář a projekty, úkoly a aktivity) a prepinat v systray.
Co je pravidlo společného kalendáře?
Pravidla určují, které objekty Odoo tvoří události, která pole použít a zda filtrovat.
V pravidle sami urcite název, začátek nebo Stop date, účastníky atd.
K čemu je pole "Stop date"? Mohu ho nechat prázdné?
Odoo Stop date je pole ciloveho modelu, které určuje, kdy je událost v kalendáři dokoncena. Příklad: pravidlo pro "Sale Order" s "Delivery Date" ve Stop date ukáže událost ode dne plánované nabídky (Start Date - Order Date) do dodání.
Pole je volitelně, může zůstat prázdné. Pak je událost jen v den Start Date.
V kalendáři mam typ "Undefined". Co to znamená?
Událost byla vytvorena ručně: nemá rodicovsky objekt ani pravidlo. Je pod filtrem "Undefined", bez barvy.
Všichni s přístupem ke kalendáři mohou vytvářet a vidět události Undefined.
Jaka jsou pravidla aktualizaci vašich nástrojů?
Podle aktuálních pravidel Odoo Apps Store:
- Modul koupeny pro verzi 12.0 nebo starší dává přístup ke všem verzim az do 12.0.
- Od verze 13.0 se každá verze modulu kupuje samostatné.
- Bez ohledu na verzi da nákup právo na všechny aktualizace a opravy v rámci hlavní verze.
Tym faOtools tato pravidla neridi. S otazkami se obratte přímo na zastupce Odoo Apps Store.
Jak nainstaluji aplikaci na Odoo.sh?
Nejprimejsi postup je vestaveny tok obchodu Odoo:
1. Otevřete stránku modulu a klikněte na Deploy on odoo.sh
2. Budete přesměrování na GitHub. Přihlaste se a klikněte na Create a new repo nebo použijte existující. Repozitar musí byt soukromý. Aplikace pod licenci OPL-1 nesmí byt veřejné. V případě potřeby vytvořte nové repo pro projekt Odoo.sh
3. Poté v odoo.sh klikněte na Deploy, potvrďte a klikněte na Continue. Instalace se spustí.
Tyto kroky nainstaluji aplikaci na production větev. Pro jiné vetve nebo aktualizaci:
1. Stáhněte zdrojový kod z obchodu Odoo
2. Commitnete modul do GitHub repozitare. Žádná složka/soubor aplikace nesmí byt v .gitignore. Repa vytvorena odoo.sh mohou ignorovat důležité cesty (např. /lib). Nahrajte všechny adresáře a soubory modulu
3. Deployujte cílovou větev projektu odoo.sh, nebo počkejte na automaticky build, pokud to nastavení předpokládá.
Jak nainstaluji aplikaci na vlastní server?
2. Restartujte server Odoo;
3. Zapněte vyvojovsky režim (technická nastavení);
4. Aktualizujte seznam aplikaci (nabídka Aplikace);
5. Najdete aplikaci a klikněte na Activate/Install;
6. Postupujte podle pokynů na stránce aplikace, pokud existují.
Aplikace ma další rozšíření. Mohu je koupit později?
Ano. Odoo automaticky přidá závislosti do kosiku: vylučte jiz zakoupene nástroje, abyste neplatili dvakrát.
Nasadil jsem aplikaci na Odoo.sh a v testech vidim varování/chybu
Červené/oranzove varování neovlivnuje funkce aplikace. Naše moduly obcas neprojdou standardními automatickými testy, protože ty predpokladaji chování, které je v rozporu s cíli aplikace. Například menime výpočet ceny, zatímco testy Odoo porovnavaji konecnou cenu se standardním algoritmem.
Nejprve zkontrolujte funkce nasazene databáze. Funguje vse?
Pokud se stále domnivate, ze varování ovlivnuje skutečné funkce, kontaktujte nas a pošlete kompletní instalacni protokoly a úplný seznam nasazenych modulu (jádro a třetí strany).
Mohu si aplikaci koupit přímo u vas?
Ne, nástroje siritime pouze přes oficialni obchod aplikaci Odoo.

Bohuzel nemáme technické prostredky na individualni ceny.
Mohu aplikaci nainstalovat na databázi Odoo Online (SaaS)?
Ne, aplikace třetích stran nelze použít na Odoo Online. Odoo SaaS tuto možnost blokuje.
Nástroj závisí na jiných aplikacich. Mam je koupit?
Ano, nástroj vyžaduje všechny moduly označené v zavislostech. Cena na stránce aplikace je jiz zahrnuje.
Jaka je cena modulu v americkych dolarech? Proč se zmenila?
Ceny našich modulu jsou v eurech. Obchod Odoo převádí ceny do jiných men podle vnitrniho kurzu. Proto se cena v americkych dolarech může změnit pri aktualizaci kurzu.
Znění aplikace a webu v jiných jazycích než angličtině je s pomocí AI a sladěné s oficiálními překlady Odoo. Pokud si všimnete chyby, odešlete tiket o správnosti překladů a opravíme to.
