Flexible rules to merge Odoo documents
To add a new document type for a shared interface you should set up a joint calendar rule. This rule defines which Odoo objects should create events, which fields of that object should be shown, and whether any filtering should take place

Model - which objects to scan: opportunities, tasks, orders, meetings, activities, and so on. You can choose your custom document type (including created in Odoo Studio) as well

Name - what to use as a joint event name (also used as calendar event title). Usually, it is 'name', 'subject' or 'reference'

Start date - when an event starts. For example, 'expecting closing' for opportunities or 'order date' for quotations. It may be any date or date with time field of a source Odoo object

Stop date - when an event is shown as finished on a calendar

Attendees - who are participants (responsible persons, event owners). Usually, it is a field 'assigned to', 'a sales person' or 'attendees'. You may use even document 'followers' since it's possible to apply both users and partners

Description - are there any notes important for joint events? Usually, the fields like 'internal notes' or 'comments' are used

Always Whole Day - means that all generated events would last the whole day disregarding whether start or stop are defined with hours and minutes. Such an event would be shown at a special place on a calendar (above the timeline)

Whole Day - a special boolean field of the source object which indicates that a related joint event may last the whole day. This setting is usually applied to standard Odoo calendar events which both might have a definite time indicated or might be planned for a whole day

Contact Link - is this event linked to a specific partner? Usually, the fields like 'customer' or 'vendor' are used

Company field - optionally define the parent document field where its company is kept. In this way, joint events would get the source company that might be used for filtering or just for information

Domain - the Odoo filters' constructor to include only topical documents into a joint calendar. You might apply any storable attribute. For example, show only quotations without sales orders, or show opportunities only for this sales team.
Multi companies compatibility

The app fully supports the multi-companies environment: each joint calendar might be linked to a specific Odoo company. If a company is not defined, it is considered as 'global', so available for all Odoo companies

Users access only those joint menus, which super calendars do not have a company or have one of those users available companies

Each joint rule might have the "Company field" defined. If that setting is configured, records will be filtered in a joint calendar company. For example, if you stated 'Company' as the 'Company field' for the tasks' rule, and the joint calendar is linked to 'San Fransisco' company, then users will see only San Fransisco or global tasks only

Joint events would also get the company based on the 'Company field' of the parent document. You can comfortably switch between objects of different companies using the right navigation filters

In addition to the 'Company field', you may also restrict records in a rule domain. For instance, to include records of a few companies but not to include others.

Joint calendar scheduled jobs
The tool lets you change the frequency of joint calendar refreshing and emails reminders' checks:
- Turn on the debug mode
- Go to technical settings > Automation > Scheduled jobs
- Find the job 'Refresh Joint Events' to change the frequency of super calendars' update
- Find the job 'Notify About Joint Event' to change the frequency of email alarms.

Wat gebeurt er als "Always Whole Day" aan/uit staat?
Als "Always Whole Day" aan staat, duren alle afspraken van de regel de hele dag, ook als start en stop uren hebben. Zo'n afspraak staat op een speciale plek in de kalender.
Voorbeeld: een regel voor "Sale Order" met "Always Whole Day" plaatst de afspraak boven de tijdlijn in dag- en weeksuperkalenders.
Zet u de optie uit en hebben start of stop uren/minuten, dan komt de afspraak op een bepaald tijdstip en ziet u de tijd voor de titel.
Ik zie het kalendermenu in Odoo niet. Wat moet ik doen?
Controleer:
1. Er is minstens een geconfigureerde en vernieuwde gezamenlijke kalender. Vernieuw de pagina na het instellen.
2. U heeft toegang tot minstens een kalender.
Ik heb kalenders met regels gemaakt, maar zie ze niet in het menu.
Er kunnen meerdere oorzaken zijn. De bijbehorende cron heeft misschien nog niet gedraaid: start hem handmatig via vernieuwen in de rechterkolom van de interface.
Controleer Time Limits: anders ziet u alleen afspraken in een bereik. Voorbeeld: kalender 'Sale Orders' met 10 dagen ervoor en 30 erna: een order van 12 dagen geleden ontbreekt.
Zorg dat regels geen filters zonder treffers hebben. Voorbeeld: regel 'Sale Order' met 'Customer = Deco Addict' toont alleen orders van die klant.
Hoeveel Odoo-documenten (bijv. verkooporders, projecten, activiteiten) kan ik in een gezamenlijke kalender combineren?
U kunt zoveel Odoo-documenten combineren als u wilt in een kalender. Of ze verdelen over meerdere (bijv. verkoopkalender en projecten, taken en activiteiten) en wisselen in de systray.
Wat is een regel voor de gezamenlijke kalender?
Regels bepalen welke Odoo-objecten afspraken maken, welke velden gelden en of er gefilterd wordt.
In een regel bepaalt u zelf titel, start of Stop date, deelnemers enz.
Waar is het veld "Stop date" voor? Mag ik het leeg laten?
Odoo Stop date is een veld van het doelmodel dat aangeeft wanneer de afspraak in de kalender afgelopen is. Voorbeeld: een regel voor "Sale Order" met "Delivery Date" als Stop date toont de afspraak van de geplande offertedag (Start Date - Order Date) tot de levering.
Het veld is optioneel; u mag het leeg laten. Dan staat de afspraak alleen op de dag van Start Date.
Ik heb het type "Undefined" in de kalender. Wat betekent dat?
De afspraak is handmatig gemaakt: geen bovenliggend object en geen regel. Ze staan onder het filter "Undefined", zonder kleur.
Iedereen met toegang tot de kalender kan Undefined-afspraken maken en zien.
Wat is het updatebeleid van uw tools?
Volgens het huidige beleid van de Odoo Apps Store:
- Elke module gekocht voor versie 12.0 of eerder geeft toegang tot alle versies tot 12.0.
- Vanaf versie 13.0 moet elke moduleversie apart worden gekocht.
- Ongeacht de versie geeft aankoop recht op alle updates en bugfixes binnen een hoofdversie.
Het faOtools-team bepaalt dit beleid niet. Neem voor vragen rechtstreeks contact op met vertegenwoordigers van de Odoo Apps Store.
Hoe installeer ik uw app op Odoo.sh?
De meest directe aanpak is de ingebouwde workflow van de Odoo-store:
1. Open de modulepagina en klik op Deploy on odoo.sh
2. U gaat naar GitHub. Log in en klik op Create a new repo of gebruik een bestaande. De repository moet prive zijn. Apps onder OPL-1 mogen niet openbaar. Maak zo nodig een nieuwe repo voor het Odoo.sh-project
3. Ga daarna naar odoo.sh, klik op Deploy, bevestig en klik op Continue. De installatie start.
Zo installeert u de app op de productiebranch. Voor andere branches of een update:
1. Download de broncode uit de Odoo-store
2. Commit de module naar de GitHub-repository. Geen app-mappen/bestanden in .gitignore. Repo's van odoo.sh negeren soms belangrijke paden (bijv. /lib). Upload alle modulemappen en -bestanden
3. Deploy de doelbranch van het odoo.sh-project of wacht op de automatische build.
Hoe installeer ik uw app op mijn eigen server?
2. Herstart de Odoo-server;
3. Zet de ontwikkelaarsmodus aan (technische instellingen);
4. Werk de applijst bij (Apps-menu);
5. Zoek de app en klik op Activate/Install;
6. Volg de richtlijnen op de app-pagina als die er zijn.
Uw app heeft extra add-ons. Kan ik die later kopen?
Ja. Odoo zet automatisch alle afhankelijkheden in de winkelwagen: sluit eerder gekochte tools uit om dubbel betalen te voorkomen.
Ik heb uw app op Odoo.sh gezet en zie een waarschuwing/fout in de tests
Een rode/oranje waarschuwing beinvloedt de functies van de app niet. Soms halen onze modules de standaard automatische tests niet, omdat die gedrag verwachten dat indruist tegen het doel van de app. We wijzigen bijvoorbeeld de prijscalculatie, terwijl de Odoo-tests de eindprijs met het standaardalgoritme vergelijken.
Controleer eerst de functies van de gedeployde database. Werkt alles?
Als u toch denkt dat de waarschuwing echte functies raakt, neem contact op en stuur de volledige installatielogs en de volledige lijst gedeployde modules (kern en derden).
Kan ik uw app rechtstreeks bij u kopen?
Nee, we verspreiden de tools alleen via de officiele Odoo-appwinkel.
Ik wil graag korting
Helaas hebben we geen technische mogelijkheid voor individuele prijzen.
Kan ik de app installeren op mijn Odoo Online (SaaS)-database?
Nee, apps van derden kunnen niet op Odoo Online. Odoo SaaS blokkeert die mogelijkheid.
Uw tool hangt van andere apps af. Moet ik die kopen?
Ja, de tool heeft alle modules in de afhankelijkheden nodig. De prijs op de app-pagina is inclusief die afhankelijkheden.
Wat is de prijs van de module in Amerikaanse dollars? Waarom is die veranderd?
De prijs van onze modules staat in euro. De Odoo-store rekent om volgens de interne wisselkoers. De prijs in Amerikaanse dollars kan dus wijzigen als die koers wordt bijgewerkt.
De teksten van de app en website in andere talen dan het Engels zijn met AI ondersteund en afgestemd op de officiële Odoo-vertalingen. Als u een fout ziet, een vertaalticket sturen en we corrigeren het.
Odoo-demodatabases (voorbeelden)

Vermeld zo veel mogelijk details in uw verzoek: schermafbeeldingen, Odoo-serverlogboeken, een volledige beschrijving om uw probleem te reproduceren enzovoort.
