When you send a message for your customer or for your colleague, you do not obligatory want such partners to follow a current discussion. It might be both dangerous and annoying. This Odoo tool solves the problem. The app stops automatic subscription for recipients, but still let users subscribe them manually in a single click.

No accidental spam

The tool changes the default Odoo behavior: message recipients are not any more automatically subscribed for documents. Thus, users would not send accidental notifications for customers or colleagues and they would not need to unsubscribe each time in case of irregular communication

Auto subscription is stopped for both manual messages and for business emails. For example, the buttons 'Send quotation' (sale order), 'Send invoice' (account invoice), 'Send RFQ' (purchase order) and others would not any more result in auto following by recipients or by an author

No business logic intervention

The app does not depend on which apps are installed. It also does not stop subscription which is required for business logic. In particular, when Odoo fetches an email to create a support ticket, its author should be subscribed. Otherwise, helpdesk might be broken. Another example is the case when you add a customer to a project. Such a partner should be a follower or this contact would not have enough security rights.

Yes, all modules marked in dependencies are absolutely required for a correct work of our tool. Take into account that price marked on the app page already includes all necessary dependencies.  

No, third party apps can not be used on Odoo Online.

Red / orange warning itself does not influence features of the app. Regretfully, sometimes our modules do not pass standard automatic tests, since the latter assumes behavior which is in conflict with our apps goals. For example, we change price calculation, while standard Odoo module tests compare final price to standard algorithm.

So, first of all, please check deployed database features. Does everything work correctly?

If you still assume that warning influences real features, please contact us and forward full installation logs and the full lists of deployed modules (including core and third party ones).

As soon as you purchased the app, the button 'Deploy on Odoo.sh' will appear on the app's page in the Odoo store. Push this button and follow the instructions.
