Tricky setup, but works perfectly now

Really solid module. We managed to get a very flexible folder structure (sorted by clients) and synced all our sales orders, invoices and tasks by projects to Google Drive.

Initial setup was a bit of a pain and kinda tricky to configure everything at first, but now it's running smoothly and works perfectly. The faotools team helped a lot. Def worth it if u need to keep your docs organized in Odoo and Google Drive.

Total game changer and super easy to use

Setup was an absolute breeze - no complicated configs, just plug and play. I'm already using it to pull analytical reports directly into Claude, and it works flawlessly. It really saves a ton of time right from the start.
I also used it to tweak my SEO settings, and honestly, interacting with Odoo this way is incredibly convenient. Being able to just ask the AI to handle stuff instead of clicking through endless menus is awesome. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Comprehensive and well thought booking app

The app allows backend user to do some simple configuration to make the booking app able to fit in our different business models.

Outstanding app! Tremendous value for money, an absolute must have!

One of the features sorely lacking from Odoo has been a robust Wiki/documentation system. Using third party platforms is a massive headache: yet another system to maintain, users get distracted switching back-and-forth, and errors get made. Then you have to worry about training, additional logins, etc.
KnowSystem feels like a native/core app, is very well-polished, and extremely fast. It's accessible from any screen, and the search results are instant (none of the latency inherent with most apps).The interface is elegant yet powerful, with robust access control, rich editing features, and version control. It's simple to revert to previous entries, view audit trails, etc. It's very intuitive for anyone familiar with Odoo; onboarding takes just a few minutes. The user guides are excellent.
This is invaluable for any organisation with a lot of documented information, SOPs, ISO compliance, or similar. If you're using eLearning, it's great for creating a help system / reminders. For example, noting key takeaways or specific instructions. The user can be in MRP, Sales, or any other function, and instantly lookup a guide. Since it overlays whichever screen you're in, it doesn't interrupt the workflow.
This dramatically increases efficiency, minimises questions, and helps keep everyone on the same page.
Oh, and customer service is excellent, faOtools stands behind their product. Thank you!

works fine for me

the module is what i need to finally get rid of mess among customers.. quite fast and indicative. The kiling feature is custom field (vin number) search. developers provided testing odoo and answered questions within an hour. good job!

KnowSystem is excellent - OdooTools offer great support, are very helpful and responsive

Our company needed the ability to add a Knowledge Base to our Odoo portal website for our customers to access article content on a membership-only basis. KnowSystem provided this and much more, along with ability to add search by section, set permissions to allow only certain partners access to articles by tag etc. OdooTools have been very helpful and implemented several features we suggested including automatic redirect upon login, customisable filters and a social sharing capability on articles. Overall a great app by a great company, something that massively adds to Odoo's capabilities and is something that everyone could benefit from using.

The sales team was so excited when I installed this module.

The module works exactly as described. This was a feature the sales team had requested for a long time. It was really frustrating for them when the saved a note with typos or errors and could not fix them. Install went smoothly

Perfect for taking quick notes (remember for later / or next time i see this). Now my table is post-it free.....:) You can find any post you created in an extra overview page. The team is very helpful and responsive! THX a lot.

The easiest and most beautiful way to add content

The document builder is a great tool to add content to your website. It has a clean, well organized interface and adding content is super easy. I can highly recommend it! And very important to know too: The support of faOtools is great. Nice people that care and that go a long way to make sure you get the tool you need.

A perfect solution to integrate Owncloud with Odoo. We sync a high volume of objects across multiple Odoo models, which works seamless and stable. For us it is the perfect solution to have an external DMS instead of the Odoo native attachment handling, which also enables us to interchange files between systems in our best-of-breed setup.
The team behind this module is extremely professional and responsive. They helped us on a few occasions and provided clear answers and prompt support when required, and they even went out of their way to assist us with another requirement we had. Cannot recommend the product and team highly enough, try this if you're in the market to connect Odoo with an external document solution.

The app helped us alot. Some our customers send us an email and got lost in the process. with Lost messages routing the messages got stored and we can place the mail into the correct corresponding process. plus excellent support from Odoo Tools with adding a new feature to send an e-mail to selected users whenever a lost message is found. 10/10!!

Great module! Works great for our use case.

I was looking for a module like this to use in v12 for quite some time. Odoo tools have great support! They told me they would be updating this and it was done ahead of schedule from what they said. They also listen to customer feedback. Best of all they have released it as a free module. We also use some of there other paid modules and they have been great.

This makes the Event Calendar so much more useful !

We bought this to combine certain project tasks with the schedules of our maintenance engineers. We now have a better overview which moments are overlapping the schedules of other events. The joining of multiple events in 1 event calendar is super easy, it should be a standard option in ODOO.

Excellent responsive team of programmers

Joint Calendar is the perfect addition to the standard Calendaring system that Odoo offers. It makes the job of setting up specific departmental calendars filled with any objects you wish very easy and Alex and the team provides fantastic after-sales support, responding in most cases within 24 hours to requests for help. Thanks for a great module.

First of all, the team behind this app is great, support is immediate, and response is fast. The application is very useful in managing any type of notification to keep you updated with all what's happening within your company.

Essential to have Activities, Tasks, Meetings etc all in one calendar and shared.

Great service support very quick and were right on with fixing the issue... I think the ability to see everything on one shared calendar is such an essential part of coordination and time management. Great product once you sort out the rules you need!

Works according to specs

I have used this app with Odoo 12 and Nextcloud 16 and it works as specified. Odoo Tools offers very responsive support which is really helpful. Of course 5 stars...!

A life-changer ... and a massive time saver!

Fantastic app ... Provides a whole new view of your product database, nicely presented in editable kanban view, with the ability to filter and sort in various ways and combinations, I guess depending on the $10 add-ons you buy, and then perform mass updates and product changes, all controlled through a very simple and self-explanatory configuration. I only just installed the app but it immediately highlighted to me that I had some products that had somehow been duplicated - even though I thought I had changed the code to prevent that. But more importantly, from here you can get a nice quick overview of your products, their attributes, pricing, etc. You can easily add and delete fields to the kanban overview. And then you can easily select which records your want to update, amend or export, either individually or using 'select all' and then perform your changes in bulk at the click of a couple of buttons. Possibly you can do all these things in standard Odoo (although I'm not so sure you can) but it would take you ten times as long and involve many more steps - most probably with data export and re-import. This app cuts out all the messing around and makes life quick simple. I feel sure this app is going to make my product management so much quicker and simpler in future ! Highly recommended.
