The tool to combine different Odoo events in a few configurable super calendars. Shared calendar. Common calendar.
- Have an unlimited number of calendars with different events, configurations and user groups included. The menus are generated dynamically!
- All calendars are updated through a regular job
- Configure alarms for joint events and keep always informed, and inform others about required actions and events
Access parent object right from a joint event form. Click on a reference and open merged leads, opportunities, partners (e.g. to have the birthdays on a calendar), tasks, orders, quotations, calls, thus, absolutely any objects with at least one date indicated
Register a new joint event manually like any other Odoo objects. It would not disappear with a next update
Change frequency of the events' update. By default it happens once an hour, but you may change it through Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Jobs > 'Refresh Joint Events'. Besides, you may update joint events just by clicking the button
As soon as you changed a joint event, its parent would be updated correspondingly (if a modified field was not read only or computed)
Show the same object twice but with different start, end or name
Flexible configuration
- Model - which object to find: leads, tasks, orders and so on
- Name field - which field of the object would be used as joint event name (would be shown on a calendar view). Usually it is Name, Subject or Reference
- Start date field - which field should be used a start of an event. For example, Next Action Date for opportunities or Order Date for quotations. It may be be both Date or Date and Time
- Attendees Fields - which field should be used to find participants. Usually, it is some Responsible or Sales Person. But you may use even Followers. In comparison to other similar modules you may use both users and partners as attendees
- Stop date field - which field to use to define when a joint event is going to be finished. It is also may be Date or Time
- Whole Day Field - a special boolean field, which indicates that a related joint event may lasts the whole day. Such an event would be shown at a special place on a calendar (above the time line)
- Always Whole Day means that all generated events would last the whole day (disregarding whether start or stop are defined with hours and minutes)
- Description Field - which field of a related object is used as notes for joint events. Usually the fields like Internal Notes or Comments are used
- Domain - a special setting, which require advance Odoo technical knowledge. Its goal is to limit a number of objects on a calendar (for example, to show only leads without opportunities: [('type','!=','opportunity')]; and the opposite: [('type','!=','lead')].)
- Action - what action (including views and defaults) to invoke, when you go to a parent object from this joint event.

Select rules for joint calendars:
- The configurations are provided with useful tips: just point a cursor on a field
- Optimize joint events' generation and modification by making time limits. There is no need to show the events of the last year on a calendar! You do not need to wait for ages until the events are created as it in other similar modules
- Define calendars' menus' sequences. Should it be before the previous Super Calendar? Then, make a sequence smaller
- Deactivate a joint calendar to hide menus and corresponding events
Alarms
- Configure alarms of 2 types: mails and notifications. The schema is the same as it is for Odoo standard calendar events. You may warn attendees and responsible users at the moment you like to: from 5 minutes to hundreds of days before
- Change email styles through Settings > Technical >Email > Templates > Joint Event Notification
- Be cautious: notifications would be shown for portal users, if they are attendees
- The very special feature: Use the app to make customized notifications for any required Odoo objects. Remind sales persons about next actions in leads and calls. Warn workers about a new manufacturing order. Notify programmers about deadlines. You may configure it by your own! Both emails and notifications. In order to do so, just indicate default alarms in required joint calendar settings.
Access rights
- Only users with administrator rights may configure new joint calendars and related rules to search objects
- Users may see only the public calendars or calendars, to which user groups they belong to. Configure it through the Joint Calendar: the tab Settings > Menu > Privacy
- Users may access only the joint events, to which parents (leads, tasks, orders, etc.) they have access rights. It is equally true for read, write, create and unlink permission. For example, if a sales person doesn't have a right to observe lead, he/she would not see a related joint event as well
- Manually created joint events may be either public (for all employees) or private (visible for attendees only)

打开或关闭选项“Always Whole Day”时会发生什么？

我的 Odoo 里看不到日历菜单。该怎么办？
请确认：
1. 至少已有一个已创建、已配置并已刷新的联合日历。设置任何联合日历后请刷新浏览器页面
2. 您至少能访问其中一个日历
我创建了带规则的日历，但菜单里看不到它们。
原因可能有几个。相关的计划作业可能尚未运行。此时可在联合日历界面右侧栏点击刷新按钮，手动启动 cron。
也请检查日历是否设置了 Time Limits，否则只会显示特定时间范围内的事件。例如日历 'Sale Orders' 的限制为前 10 天、后 30 天。若 Sale Order 是 12 天前创建的，则不会出现在日历中。
确保规则上没有匹配不到记录的筛选。例如规则 'Sale Order' 带筛选 'Customer = Deco Addict'，则相关日历只显示该客户的订单。
一个联合日历里可以合并多少 Odoo 文档（例如销售订单、项目、活动）？
你可以把任意多份 Odoo 单据合并到一个日历。也可以分到多个日历（例如 Sales Calendar 与 Projects, Tasks and Activities Calendar），再在 systray 中切换。
什么是联合日历规则？
规则定义哪些 Odoo 对象应创建事件、该对象的哪些字段应使用并显示，以及是否应进行筛选。
创建规则时，可自行定义联合事件标题、开始或结束日期、目标与会者等。
字段“Stop date”有什么用？可以留空吗？
Stop date 是目标 Odoo 模型的字段，用于定义事件在日历上何时显示为已结束。例如，为模型 "Sale Order" 创建规则并将 Stop date 设为 "Delivery Date"，则事件会从该报价的计划日（Start Date 字段 - Order Date）显示到产品交付日。
该字段可选，可留空。此时事件只会出现在 Start Date 字段所定义的那一天。
日历里有“Undefined”类型的活动。这是什么意思？
表示此事件为手动创建，没有父对象，也不受规则约束。此类联合事件会出现在无颜色的过滤器 "Undefined" 下。
凡有权限查看该日历的人，都可以创建并查看其未定义事件。
您的工具的更新政策是什么？
根据当前 Odoo Apps Store 政策：
- 为 12.0 及更早版本购买的每个模块，均可使用直至 12.0 的所有版本。

如何在 Odoo.sh 上安装您的应用？
最直接的做法是使用 Odoo 商店的内置流程：
1. 打开模块页面并点击 Deploy on odoo.sh 按钮

2. 重新启动 Odoo 服务器;

我注意到您的应用有额外附加模块。可以之后再购买吗？
可以。同时 Odoo 会自动把所有依赖加入购物车，因此应排除已购买的工具以免重复付款。

红/橙色警告不影响应用功能。遗憾的是，标准自动测试有时假定与本应用目标冲突的行为，因此我们的模块会未通过。例如我们改了价格计算，而标准 Odoo 模块测试把最终价格与标准算法比较。
