This software and associated files (the "Software") may only be used (executed, modified, executed after modifications) if you have purchased a valid license from the authors, typically via Odoo Apps, or if you have received a written agreement from the authors of the Software (see the COPYRIGHT file).
You may develop Odoo modules that use the Software as a library (typically by depending on it, importing it and using its resources), but without copying any source code or material from the Software. You may distribute those modules under the license of your choice, provided that this license is compatible with the terms of the Odoo Proprietary License (For example: LGPL, MIT, or proprietary licenses similar to this one).
It is forbidden to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.
The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

Licensen forudsætter særligt:
For at bruge appen skal du købe en gyldig licens i Odoo Apps butik. Det forudsættes, at der købes én kopi pr. produktionsdatabase (købet giver også ret til at installere appen i udviklings- og stagingmiljøer uden begrænsninger).
Det er forbudt at lægge kildekoden til faOtools-apps, hvor den kan downloades offentligt. Især er det strengt forbudt at tilføje modulet til offentlige GitHub-repositorier (brug private i stedet) .
En gyldig licens tillader enhver at udvikle egne moduler baseret på faOtools-moduler som bibliotek. Sådanne moduler kan distribueres (sælges eller udgives), men de skal inkludere originalappen i afhængigheder (__manifest__.py eller __openerp__.py) og have kompatibel licens. Samtidig er det forbudt at ændre kildekoden og dele eller sælge sådanne afledte løsninger.
Odoo-forhandlere bør undgå at videresælge appene til deres kunder. I stedet bør sådanne kunder købe appene direkte i Odoo-butikken.
faOtools forbeholder sig retten til at iværksætte enhver retlig handling (herunder, men ikke begrænset til, DMCA og lignende politikker) uden yderligere varsel. Bemærk, at brud på licensreglerne, med eller uden forsæt, kan føre til alvorlige sanktioner, erstatning for reelle og potentielle tab og sanktioner på forskellige af dine konti (herunder, men ikke begrænset til, dine Odoo.com- og GitHub-konti).
