The tool to always open a full composer on the button 'Send Message'
This is the tool to avoid quick messaging mode in Odoo chatter. If in most cases users require advanced styles or wanted to manage recipients, the app lets avoid an extra click by always opening the full composer view.

As soon as the button 'Send message' is pressed, the app redirects to the full-featured pop-up email composer window

If the email composer is closed, it would be still possible to use quick messaging

The app does not change the behavior of the button 'Log note'.
Great module! Works great for our use case.
I was looking for a module like this to use in v12 for quite some time. Odoo tools have great support! They told me they would be updating this and it was done ahead of schedule from what they said. They also listen to customer feedback. Best of all they have released it as a free module. We also use some of there other paid modules and they have been great.
Practical little extension
Very useful to highlight the difference between "Email Message" and "Log". Developers respond very quick!

Συμπεριλάβετε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες στο αίτημά σας: στιγμιότυπα οθόνης, αρχεία καταγραφής διακομιστή Odoo, πλήρη περιγραφή αναπαραγωγής του προβλήματος κ.λπ. Συνήθως χρειάζονται μερικές εργάσιμες ημέρες για να ετοιμαστεί σχέδιο εργασίας για ένα ζήτημα (αν επιβεβαιωθεί σφάλμα) ή να σας δοθούν οδηγίες για το τι πρέπει να γίνει (διαφορετικά).

Τέτοια λίστα εργασιών επεξεργάζεται τακτικά και δεν συνεπάγεται επιπλέον χρεώσεις. Αν και δεν μπορούμε να υποσχεθούμε προθεσμίες και τελικό σχεδιασμό, μπορεί να είναι καλός τρόπος να αποκτήσετε τις επιθυμητές λειτουργίες χωρίς επενδύσεις και κινδύνους.
