The tool to flexibly and automatically update product internal references
This is an Odoo tool to implement product automatic coding. The app is flexible enough to reflect almost any product reference structure since it lets you define as many code parts and as complex criteria as you need.
Advanced rules for product references
Define code positions that will satisfy business specifics. Have as many parts as it's needed. Distinguish complex criteria to apply parts for products of specific kinds and not for others
Automatic code generation
The app regularly checks updates of code rules and of products. Product references are automatically changed accordingly without user interactions
Manual product numbering
Mark certain products as 'Manual reference': their codes will not be influenced by the rules and will become editable. Products with pre-defined codes (e.g. created by import) by default have manual references
Secured codes
The right to define product coding rules belongs only to Odoo administrators
Based on standard Odoo tools
Product coding is global: rules are equally applied for each company, but you can restrict products in rules by using filters by company.
Codes are calculated in a current user language. Avoid using translated fields for code rules.
Automatic product references are based on flexible rules

Product references are generated based on code parts. Define as many dynamic and static parts as you need. For example, the first position relates to a category, the second - to a manufacturer, the third - to the attribute 'material', etc.

Code positions for certain products might be empty: e.g. for services, there is no sense to have a code part of the attribute 'material'

Each position has rules to generate a code value which might be static (e.g. '-AL') or dynamic (e.g. first 2 letters of category name). In order for a code part to be calculated for a product, there should be at least a single rule this product satisfies

As dynamic code use any standard or custom field of a product variant or template: char, integer, float, date and date with time, selection, and many2one. In the case of many2one field (e.g. a related product category) you should select its linked field (for example, a category name)

For dynamic code, use not only the whole field value but also its part. For instance, apply the first 2 letters (0-1) of a category name or only the month of a manufacture date (5-7). Leave '0' at both the start and the end to retrieve the whole field value.

Such complex logic is introduced to avoid slowdowns. The point is that code rules are advanced and there is no way to define recalculation triggers. Generating codes on the fly will result in low performance. That is why to make sure codes are generated, Odoo regularly looks over all products.

Scheduled jobs
You may change the frequency of automatic references' updates. To this end:
- Turn on debug mode
- Go to technical settings > Automation > Scheduled jobs
- Find the job 'Construct Dynamic Codes'.

ما سياسة تحديث ادواتكم؟
وفق سياسات Odoo Apps Store الحالية:
- كل وحدة مشتراة للإصدار 12.0 وما قبله تمنح الوصول إلى كل الإصدارات حتى 12.0.
- بدءا من الإصدار 13.0 تُشترى كل نسخة من الوحدة على حدة.
- بغض النظر عن الإصدار، الشراء يعطي حق كل التحديثات والإصلاحات ضمن الإصدار الرئيسي.

كيف اثبّت التطبيق على Odoo.sh؟
ابسط طريقة هي مسار متجر Odoo المدمج:
1. افتح صفحة الوحدة واضغط Deploy on odoo.sh
2. ستُنقل إلى GitHub. سجّل الدخول ثم Create a new repo أو استخدم مستودعا قائما. يجب أن يكون المستودع خاصا. لا يُسمح بنشر التطبيقات بترخيص OPL-1. أنشئ مستودعا جديدا لمشروع Odoo.sh عند الحاجة
3. ثم في odoo.sh اضغط Deploy وأكّد ثم Continue. يبدأ التثبيت.
هذه الخطوات تثبّت التطبيق على فرع الإنتاج. لفروع أخرى أو للتحديث:
1. نزّل الشيفرة من متجر Odoo
2. اعمل commit للوحدة في مستودع GitHub. لا تُستثنى مجلدات/ملفات التطبيق في .gitignore. مستودعات odoo.sh قد تتجاهل مسارات مهمة (مثل /lib). ارفع كل مجلدات وملفات الوحدة
3. انشر الفرع المستهدف في مشروع odoo.sh أو انتظر البناء التلقائي إن كانت الإعدادات كذلك.
كيف اثبّت التطبيق على خادمي؟
2. أعد تشغيل خادم Odoo;
3. فعّل وضع المطوّر (الإعدادات التقنية);
4. حدّث قائمة التطبيقات (قائمة التطبيقات);
5. اعثر على التطبيق واضغط Activate/Install;
6. اتبع الإرشادات في صفحة التطبيق إن وُجدت.
للتطبيق إضافات أخرى. هل اشتريها لاحقا؟
نعم. يضيف Odoo التبعيات تلقائيا إلى السلة؛ استبعد الادوات المشتراة سابقا حتى لا تدفع مرتين.
نشرت التطبيق على Odoo.sh وأرى تحذيرا/خطأ في الاختبارات
التحذير الأحمر/البرتقالي لا يؤثر على وظائف التطبيق. أحيانا لا تتجاوز وحداتنا الاختبارات التلقائية القياسية لأنها تفترض سلوكا يتعارض مع أهداف التطبيق. مثلا نغيّر حساب السعر بينما تقارن اختبارات Odoo السعر النهائي بالخوارزمية القياسية.
تحقق أولا من وظائف قاعدة البيانات المنشورة. هل كل شيء يعمل؟

أسعار وحداتنا باليورو. يحوّل متجر Odoo الأسعار إلى عملات أخرى حسب سعره الداخلي. لذا قد يتغيّر السعر بالدولار الأمريكي عند تحديث سعر الصرف.
تتم صياغة نصوص التطبيق والموقع الإلكتروني باللغات غير الإنجليزية بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي وبما يتوافق مع ترجمات Odoo الرسمية. إذا لاحظت خطأ، أرسل تذكرة تصحيح الترجمة وسنقوم بتصحيحه.
