This is an Odoo tool to remind salespersons of leads and opportunities by which action should be undertaken today or in the Past.

Single reminder for all Odoo opportunities' actions

Notification is done as a single message with the opportunity next actions combined in the table. No dozens of useless emails!

Individual list of actions

The reminder is sent to each salesperson individually. If a user does not have overdue leads, he will not receive a notification

Only topical to-do list

The tool gathers all CRM leads/opportunities and checks whether the next action should be done urgently: today or in the Past

Essential agenda

Choose CRM stages on which an opportunity will be included in the list. For example, new and qualified leads are important, while done and canceled are out of interest

Configurable CRM reminder

Modify the email appearance of the notification through the Odoo technical settings > User Interface > Views > 'crm_lead_overdue_notification_template'. Be cautious with dynamic expressions. Have you broken everything? No problem: delete this template and update the module

Flexible notification time

The reminder is sent once per day and it is possible to apply comfortable timing for that. To this goal go to the Odoo technical settings > Automation > Scheduled Actions and find the job '[CRM Daily Reminder] Notify users about overdue leads'.

If a user doesn't receive reminders

  • Check this user's preferences. Are they configured to receive all email notifications from Odoo?
  • Check that CRM stages are configured. Does a user have any opportunities with broken/today deadlines on those stages?

Odoo demonstration databases (live previews)

Please include as many details as possible in your request: screenshots, Odoo server logs, a full description of how to reproduce your problem, and so on. Usually, it takes a few business days to prepare a working plan for an issue (if a bug is confirmed) or provide you with guidelines on what should be done (otherwise).

Public features requests and module ideas (free development)

We are strongly motivated to improve our tools and would be grateful for any feedback. If your requirements are of public use and might be efficiently implemented, the team will include those in our to-do list.

Such a to-do list is processed regularly and does not assume extra fees. Although we cannot promise deadlines and final design, it might be a good way to get desired features without investments and risks.
