This is an Odoo tool to combine all user activities in a single to-do queue to process them one by one. It lets avoid excess browsing and allows users to fully focus on their tasks.

2 clicks to start working

Odoo activities to-do list is available from any Odoo screen. Disregarding what you are doing right now, you may simply switch to activities right from the systray

Any decision by each activity

Quickly and comfortably process activities: mark activities done, finish with feedback, skip and switch to the next task or return to skipped actions, create a new activity based on results of a current one, cancel tasks

Full information to do a task

Access a related document (e.g. opportunity, task) in a single click right from a current activity step. Observe progress in real-time to feel satisfied with each action done

Only topical activities

By default activities with missed or today deadlines are included in a to-do list. But each employee might optionally add future tasks. Users might select on their own which activity types should be on their to-do lists. For example, to work with emails and calls but not with meetings.

Please include in your request as many details as possible: screenshots, Odoo server logs, a full description of how to reproduce your problem, and so on. Usually, it takes a few business days to prepare a working plan for an issue (if a bug is confirmed) or provide you with guidelines on what should be done (otherwise).

Public features requests and module ideas (free development)

We are strongly motivated to improve our tools and would be grateful for any sort of feedback. In case your requirements are of public use and might be efficiently implemented, the team would include those in our to-do list.

Such a to-do list is processed on a regular basis and does not assume extra fees. Although we cannot promise deadlines and final design, it might be a good way to get desired features without investments and risks.
