The tool to plan and generate recurring activities according to the flexible timetable rules
This is an Odoo tool to schedule activities for regular and automatic generation based on templates. With the app, you are sure that all recurring tasks will be planned and assigned to the proper users.
Simple recurrence rule configuration
Define rules of which activities, when, and how frequently should be generated. To that goalб go to the activities' systray and create a new template by defining: a target document, responsible user, frequency, deadline period (creation date plus specified period in days), activity notes
Recurrent activity for any existing Odoo object
It is possible to plan repeated activities for any Odoo existing document. For example, for the partner 'John Brown', the Opportunity 'Quote for 100 chairs', and the order 'SO012-2023'. So, for any to which you assign activities manually
Flexible frequency
The recurrence of activities is defined in a way your working calendar requires: each Tuesday and Friday, the first day or the second Saturday of the month, every 2 days, etc. Stop recurrence for a particular date, or make it forever-long
Secured activities
Any internal user has a right to observe his/her own recurring activities. The group 'Only Own Recurrent Activities' may create, update and unlink recurring activities related to their users. The role 'All Recurrent Activities' has full rights to all the rules.
Flexible recurrence of activities

Configure frequency of activities to fully reflect business calendars: by days, by weeks, by months, by years

By days: generate an activity every day, every 5 days, every 181 days

By weeks: assign a task on definite weekdays (e.g. on Mondays and Thursdays) each week or each 2,3,7,... weeks

By months: for the first or the last month day, for the exact date (e.g. the 16th), for a definite weekday (for instance, the first Monday, the last Friday, or the third Tuesday)

By years: on an exact year day, e.g. on the first of September each year

Be cautious with a month/year exact date: if it didn't exist, the last month's day would be applied: 31/09 -- 30/09.

In case you have faced any bugs or inconsistent behavior, do not hesitate to contact us. We guarantee to provide fixes within 60 days after the purchase, while even after this period we are strongly interested to improve our tools.

Please include in your request as many details as possible: screenshots, Odoo server logs, a full description of how to reproduce your problem, and so on. Usually, it takes a few business days to prepare a working plan for an issue (if a bug is confirmed) or provide you with guidelines on what should be done (otherwise).
Public features requests and module ideas (free development)
We are strongly motivated to improve our tools and would be grateful for any sort of feedback. In case your requirements are of public use and might be efficiently implemented, the team would include those in our to-do list.
Such a to-do list is processed on a regular basis and does not assume extra fees. Although we cannot promise deadlines and final design, it might be a good way to get desired features without investments and risks.
