Flexible Timetables and Shifts v.10
The tool to plan, share and control shifts in a form of weekly time tables
Users plan own time tables through Odoo calendar view by selecting shift start and end, a working context (e.g. 'Distant' or 'In the office'). As soon as a new shift for this week is ready, a timetable would be created (if not yet)
Employees have an access for peers shifts and might make decisions on that basis
HR managers observe not only planned time tables, but also real attendances and control working time of each employee
Time tables might be simply created based on templates for a week or for a number of weeks
Configure mail notifications for workers who are late
Remind employees to prepare a new timetable for the next week (on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, if shifts are not yet planned)
Both real and actual shifts are shown in a current user time zone, what makes comfortable work of geographically distributed teams
Notifications are configured per each employee
