The estimation is provided right on a product form (the tab Inventory) as a table, where each line represents an internal location
All the quants are taken into account, and you get an overview of quantity on hand, incoming and outcoming quantities, forecast quantity. In case a current user doesn't have access to this location, he/she would not see available stocks
Standard product stock values are showed only for user default warehouse (if defined otherwise for all warehouses) on the forms. To check values in all warehouses, use the table described above
The data and all the parameters are visible both on a specific product variant and on a product template (by all implied variants) form

We are strongly motivated to improve our tools and would be grateful for any feedback. If your requirements are of public use and might be efficiently implemented, the team will include those in our to-do list.
