The tool to restrict users' access to stocks, locations and warehouse operations
The app goal is to manage users access to locations and product stocks. This Odoo tool let you better control movements and organize geographically distributed warehouse system
Per-user warehouse restrictions
Define accepted users for Odoo locations or available locations for users. No other users would access that locations. If a location does not have accepted users, such location is 'global' - everybody can access that. If a user has rights for a location, such a user has rights also for all its child locations
Secured warehouse management
The tool regulates rights for locations, available inventories (stock quants), inventory transfers (stock pickings), operation types (stock picking types), stock moves. A user would access only those locations, stocks and operations which relate to his/her locations and their children, or to locations without accepted users stated
Full coverage and super rights
The rules work for everybody. Only the Administrator and users with the special right 'Super Warehouse Manager' are not influenced. Those users would have an access for all locations and related documents disregarding settings
Compatible with standard features
The app is fully compatible with other Odoo Core Apps, including Point of Sale (POS). The tool also supports multi companies' environment.
Module does what it says it does and great support
This module is done well and comes with great support. I faced a couple of issues but Alex was patiently helped me. Highly recommended.

Usually, it takes a few business days to prepare a working plan for an issue (if a bug is confirmed) or provide you with guidelines on what should be done (otherwise).

We are strongly motivated to improve our tools and would be grateful for any sort of feedback. In case your requirements are of public use and might be efficiently implemented, the team would include those in our to-do list.
Such a to-do list is processed on a regular basis and does not assume extra fees. Although we cannot promise deadlines and final design, it might be a good way to get desired features without investments and risks.
