This is the tool to refer a certain email in Odoo discussion. The app let quickly find and cite a message right while composing a reply.

Instant access from any Odoo discussion

Cite any Odoo message in any Odoo document discussion thread. The quick link is available right in the email composer

Simple search of messages to reply

Search among all emails or filter message by a current thread: the most typical case is when a user makes a reference for the same discussion (e.g. under the same sale order). Filter emails by author, contents, or date range as you do that in the most of email clients

Cite in a single click

Choose a message and add it to the end of a current email just by pushing the button 'Cite'

Configurable header

Set up own header for cited messages to automatically add it before a referenced email (General Settings > the section Discuss).

In case you have faced any bugs or inconsistent behavior, do not hesitate to contact us. We guarantee to provide fixes within 60 days after the purchase, while even after this period we are strongly interested to improve our tools.

We are strongly motivated to improve our tools and would be grateful for any sort of feedback. In case your requirements are of public use and might be efficiently implemented, the team would include those in our to-do list.

Such a to-do list is processed on a regular basis and does not assume extra fees. Although we cannot promise deadlines and final design, it might be a good way to get desired features without investments and risks.
