Each user sees only their stock
Inventories and operations are filtered, not just locations
Once rules are set, a restricted user sees on-hand inventory, transfers, operation types, and stock moves only for the locations they are allowed to reach. They can sell, purchase, or transfer from their own stock, while everything outside their scope stays hidden — reducing errors and protecting sensitive data across sites.
Two ways to assign access
Grant from the location or from the user — whichever is faster
Add allowed users directly on a stock location, or open a user form and pick the locations they may work in. Both directions stay in sync, and access always cascades to every child location, so a single grant on a parent covers its whole sub-tree.
